Shipping policy

It takes approximately 1-3 business days to process and ship out orders depending on whether they are custom or made to order items.

Delays may be experienced if we are back ordered, or if we have some items out of stock. We notify all customers if a shipment will be sent out in parts.

Once shipments have left our facility we do not have control over its whereabouts or delivery since it is in the hands of the courier. You will receive a tracking number for your order, or can download the tracking app in the shipping confirmation email and can follow your package that way.
